Our Warranty
Lifetime Warranty on All Structural Repair and Metalwork
We offer a nontransferable lifetime warranty on all structural repair and metalwork. Below, see the types of warranties available for specific repairs.
Auto Body Refinishing
Base coat or clear coat refinishes: Lifetime warranty against product failure
Single-stage refinishes: One-year warranty against paint failure
Our paint manufacturers provide their own warranties against paint failure, which do not cover failures from underlying rust, normal wear and tear, rock chips, or pre-existing paint problems.
Parts Replacement
Used parts installation: 90-day limited warranty, excluding suspension, air conditioning, electrical assembly, and/or all other mechanical parts. For all excluded parts, Jakes Collision Center will adhere to the warranty provided by the manufacturer.
After-market sheet metal: From A/M Company only. We can help.
Terms for All Warranties
For any warranty to be valid, the invoice must be paid in full and the relevant work must have been done by Jakes Collision Center, or approved in writing by an officer of Jakes Collision Center. Claims must be accompanied by the invoice and written warranty. To keep any warranty in effect, customers must take proper care of refinished surfaces and must perform proper maintenance. These warranties are honored by Jakes Collision Center only.
